First game of soccer

I went to Titahi Bay with my dad to the Field to get warmed up. I put my boots on and my gloves on and ready to play this match.

The whistle blew and the game starts now. I saw the players tackling and passing. My friend skilled the other player and tries to score a goal but he misses. The other player from that team tries to score but i caught the ball and kicked it to the other player. My team got the ball and Narlin passed it to Josh and scored a goal and we were cheering for Josh.

25 minutes to go and the other team tried to score. The player ran up ahead towards the goal and tries to score and I dived towards the ball and bounced off my head and its a miss. The player goes for a corner and he took a shot and they scored.

It came to half time and I had a drink of water and listened to the coach whats he saying. Its our turn to kick the ball and the player passes it to someone and ran up to the goal keeper and took a shot and it went into the goal.  The tacklers tackled the players and tries to score but it was a over.

We won and it was 3-2 and we ate chocolate and oranges. The player of the day was me at my first game of soccer. I really enjoyed my first game.

Making Matariki panels

Matariki means there are seven stars that stands for seven brothers.
Making Matariki panel is that you get a big panel and you paint it in indian ink.
Then you put some tape on and you draw your panel. The top panel is about
Matariki, the middle panel is about your culture and the bottom panel is new
growth. And then you paint it any colour and you dry it and your done.

Cross Country

At the start, I warmed up for cross country. The whistle blew and we start jogging.
I was with sean and I jogged past him. I went slow and then I ran fast. I went up
the hill and sprinted down the hill and under the bridge. I jog down the hill and there
was the motorway. I went into the tunnel and came out. I ran fast to the finished line and I came 56th.

CC training

I was running from the start with Sean and we were running down the hill.
We jog slowly from the start and past the steps an then into the dell. Then
we came out of the school, an then came up the hill on the street and we
past Linden school. We ran right and under the bridge and past the bush and
up the hill again. I stopped and tied my shoe lace and Sean left me behind.
I jogged fast at the end of the finished line and then I grabbed a drink of water.

Our Animation

Wednesday me, Sean and Sheridan were filming our Animation on the Bug Tale. We used the camera with the cord to plug into the computer and we used the the cardboard. Then placed it on the board. We faced the camera to the board and started to film. I was moving the bug, Sheridan was moving the Spider and Sean was the director of the film. On the cardboard we decorated the tree and the leaves around it.
